Shipping Times
We ship your item from our warehouse within 1–3 business days after receiving your order.
We ship and sell products worldwide. Under normal circumstances, delivery takes between 8–12 business days, depending on the shipping option you choose. Orders placed during weekends are usually packed and shipped the next business day.
If there are any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as a global pandemic, we are not responsible for any issues caused by the extended delivery time. Please allow up to 30 business days before contacting customer service about a missing order, and make sure to track your shipment using the tracking number provided.
Products are shipped directly from our partner’s warehouse to offer you the best possible prices. We reserve the right for any errors that may occur with third-party logistics. By making a purchase on our site, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed on this website. We recommend that you contact us in advance if you have any questions before placing an order. For complaints or other inquiries, please always contact us via email.
For all unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge you 200 SEK to cover the return shipping and handling costs.

Where Is My Order?

Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied before completing your purchase. HeyShine does not accept discount codes after a purchase has been completed.
My Package Cannot Be Tracked – What Can I Do?
After receiving the confirmation email that your order has been shipped, it can take 1–3 business days for the tracking number to become active. If you are still experiencing issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
