Delivery times

We will send the item from the warehouse within 1-3 working days to the customer.

We send and sell goods to the whole world and our deliveries take under normal circumstances between 8-12 working days Depending on which delivery option you choose. Orders on weekends are packed and usually sent the next working day.

If delays in the delivery were to occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) such as During an ongoing global pandemic, we are not responsible for any problems created by the delivery time. Wait up to 30 working days before contacting customer service on missing order by following the order with the tracking number specified.

The products are sent directly from our partner's warehouse In order to be able to offer you as a customer the best possible prices. We reserve that any errors may occur in connection with the third-party logistics. By making a purchase with us, you agree to all of the terms specified on this site. We therefore advise you to Contact us in advance if you have any questions regarding purchases Before you enter into a purchase agreement. In case of any complaints or other questions, you should always contact us by mail.

For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you as a customer SEK 200 for the costs incurred for return shipping and handling costs.

*Our delivery times are only appreciated and not guaranteed times and can therefore vary depending on where you live in Sweden.

Where is my order?

Your order will be sent from our partner's warehouse within 1-3 working days*, We will send an e-mail with delivery confirmation that contains your tracking number as well as information about the delivery.

If you are still unsure of where your package is, please email us and our support team can help you further with this.

*At high volumes, the process time can vary up to 7 days, the time stated above is only an estimate of what our packages usually take to process. The times above are not guaranteed shipping times. 

Discount codes should be used before completing purchases. Heyshine Does not accept discount codes after the purchase completed. 

My package can't be tracked, what can I do?

After receiving the e-mail for confirmation of your delivery, it can take up to 1-3 working days until the tracking code is active. If you still have a problem, don't hesitate to contact us.
